MISSION
Finance is the language of business—logical, precise, and unforgiving. This course builds your fluency in that language, equipping you to understand how firms create value, manage risk, and make strategic financial decisions. We focus on the essential frameworks of corporate finance—risk and return, valuation, capital budgeting, capital structure, and payout policy—and connect them to the practical realities faced by financial managers.
Over thirteen sessions, participants learn to apply finance theory to real-world problems through cases, discussions, and analytical exercises. By the end of the course, you will think like a financial manager: capable of framing decisions rigorously, interpreting data intelligently, and articulating recommendations with confidence.
